It is your independent decision in which community you choose.
How Can My Loved One of Family Members Expect to Pay?
Most Independent Living, Assisted Living, Adult Foster Care homes and Memory Care communities accept private pay. Other potential financial assistance may be obtained through qualifying for Veteran's benefits, Medicaid Waiver programs, and/or tax credit options. Nursing homes and skilled rehab facilities accept Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, or private pay.
What Other Factors Should Assist with My Decision?
Factors to take into account when finding a new place to call home should include location, pricing, level of care provided, and what amenities each community has to offer. Psychosocial needs also need to be considered. Many places of living offer activities such as crafts, movie nights, and social outings. You may also expect to find beauty salons, small country stores, restaurants, and exercise rooms. Location also is a deciding factor when wanting to visit your loved one, or being close to preferred towns and shopping.
Can I Tour Any Facility of My Choice?
Yes! The decision is completely up to you. We will setup a tour for your top choices and assist you with our detailed knowledge of each senior living community. Give us a call at 989-915-0801 so we can help you set up a virtual or in person tour.
My Loved One is Currently Independent, but May Need Additional Services in the Near Future. What Options Are Available?
There are many communities that offer a mixed selection of living styles, also known as a continuum of care retirement community. We can help you find a community that offers this variety, making a transition to a new style of living an easy experience, while maintaining a familiar environment.
